Katie is a long-standing force in the marketing industry and the guiding creative voice behind Wallace360. Formally known as The Wallace Agency, she founded Wallace360 in 1990 and over the past 30 years has helped countless non-profit organizations and companies alike ignite and expand the scope of their marketing by bringing the passion and vision behind their brands to life.
In both business and everyday life, Katie is driven by a deep sense of the power of community, shared vision and meaningful connections. One of the things she does best is bring people and businesses together by creating an environment that focuses on the open exchange of ideas and in turn, the production of real results.
Katie is the recipient of the Roanoke Chapter of the American Advertising Federation’s (AAF) 2018 Silver Medal Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to furthering the advertising industry’s standards, creative excellence and responsibility in areas of social concern. She has been recognized by the Roanoke Valley Cool Cities Coalition for environmental stewardship in business and received the YWCA’s Women of Achievement Award in Business.
With years of community involvement and service throughout the Roanoke Valley and beyond, Katie is committed to sustainable design and building, historical preservation, environmental conservation, socially conscious business and entrepreneurship and hands-on support of culture and the arts.
Katie attended Hollins University before graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. A Roanoke native, Katie also spends time in Bath County.
