Much like its master aestheticians and plastic surgeons help patients discover the best version of themselves, Wallace360 set out to do the same in a rebranding effort for Carilion Clinic Cosmetic Center – a unique practice within the largest healthcare system in the Roanoke region.
Although one of many Carilion Clinic practices, the Cosmetic Center was a unique mix of retail business and surgical practice appealing to patients with their own distinct sets of needs. For it to stand out from its Carilion peers and from other med spas and plastic surgery practices in the region, it needed a brand all its own.
Through our 360 process, Wallace360 dug deep to get to the heart of Carilion Clinic Cosmetic Center and what it offered its patients – confidence in themselves. Through a series of interviews with staff and patients, the team zeroed in on what patients were really looking for and how the Center’s existing strengths could become its competitive advantage.
From there, a new brand was born. Wallace360 created a welcoming visual identity designed to help patients see cosmetic surgery and non-surgical cosmetic procedures in a different way, feel comfortable and confident in their choice to have those services, and select Carilion Clinic Cosmetic Center as the best choice to provide them.
Wallace360 rolled out the new visual identity through a multi-channel approach, including regional print ads, targeted digital ads, e-newsletter content, and social media, to create a surround-sound effect that brings new vitality, new energy and new patients to the practice.
