When our client HomeTown Bank merged with American National Bank, Wallace360 stepped in to help establish a strong position for American National and introduce the bank to the Roanoke market.
With an eye on the customer experience, we helped American National with messaging and materials that would help its customers bridge the gap, making sure everything had a human touch that would encourage adoption of the new brand.
As part of this work, we designed the new American National Bank logo and designed and produced extensive customer collateral, like a welcome kit, as well as local market advertising that introduced American National, helped customers feel comfortable with the new bank and ultimately make the switch.
